The success rate of any scheme depends on how it handles the complaints and grievances about the scheme. A process for handling the grievances can enhance outcome and give user the satisfaction that their complaints have been addressed, and there is greater possibility that it would be resolved as per the policies. For efficient and transparent settlement of issues between different stakeholders in MHIS (RSBY+UHIS), a web window on where anyone can send their complaints has been designed. Complaints would also come directly to District Key Manager (DKM)/State Nodal Agency (SNA) and Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) from various Stakeholders such as Beneficiary/Hospital/IC/TPA/NGO or any other party.

The complaints will be referred to the concerned agency for Redressal within the prescribe time frame.

  • To address the Complaints & Grievances of the various Stakeholders (Beneficiary/Hospitals(Pvt/Public)/Insurance company/TPA and others), a Grievance Redressal Committees has been set in the State and in all the 11 District .
